The Team Rocket Set, released in 2000, was the fourth set introduced to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It was the first set to showcase a darker theme, focusing on the notorious Team Rocket from the Pokémon series. The set consists of 83 cards and brought new twists to the game by introducing Dark Pokémon and the first-ever secret rare card. This was the first time cards like these appeared, featuring entirely new concepts and designs, including Pokémon corrupted by Team Rocket’s misdeeds. The set includes both holofoil and non-holofoil rare cards, which are highly sought after by collectors. It is a must-have for all Pokémon enthusiasts and serious collectors alike.
