1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for TCG cards, sealed packs, or any products once sold, as they are collectible items that can fluctuate in value upon opening or tampering.
Reasons for this Policy:
- Card Swapping: To maintain the integrity of our products and prevent card swapping, we cannot accept returns on cards.
- Sealed Products: Once sealed products (e.g., booster packs or boxes) are opened, their value as collectible items is altered, and they cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must not have been used, opened (for sealed items), or tampered with.

3. Lost or Missing Orders
