At TCGMartLondon.com, we take pride in offering a curated selection of Trading Card Game (TCG) cards and accessories to collectors and players. Due to the nature of TCG products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in limited circumstances outlined below. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for TCG cards, sealed packs, or any products once sold, as they are collectible items that can fluctuate in value upon opening or tampering.

Reasons for this Policy:

  • Card Swapping: To maintain the integrity of our products and prevent card swapping, we cannot accept returns on cards.
  • Sealed Products: Once sealed products (e.g., booster packs or boxes) are opened, their value as collectible items is altered, and they cannot be returned.

Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect upon request.
  • The product must not have been used, opened (for sealed items), or tampered with.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

Contact our customer support team at hello@tcgmartlondon.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, typically within 14 days of approval.

 

3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@tcgmartlondon.com to initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements may be issued for lost orders following the investigation.

 

4. International Orders
We ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden.
  • Mainland USA

Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or additional charges.

 

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
